The Coder is applicable to the following persons :
  1. Members of the Board of Directors of Company including Non-executive,  Independent and Nominee Directors

  2. All executives of the company from the rank of Officer

  3. All professionals serving in the roll of finance, tax, accounting, purchase, internal audit and investors relations

All these persons are expected to read and understand this  Code and uphold these standards in day-today activities, and strictly comply with the same.
